En cons\u00e9quence, la CNAF fait \u00e9voluer ses modalit\u00e9s de conventionnement avec les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, pour s&rsquo;adapter au fractionnement des comp\u00e9tences, avec une volont\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e de lisibilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;efficience de son intervention globale pour les familles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CAF a d\u00e9fini le territoire de Bouc Bel Air, Cabri\u00e8s et Simiane Collongue comme pertinent pour la mise en place d\u2019une Convention Territoriale Globale (CTG). La CTG est la formalisation d\u2019un engagement conjoint sur l&rsquo;ensemble des th\u00e9matiques retenues telles que la petite enfance, la jeunesse, le soutien \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9, l&rsquo;animation de la vie sociale, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux droits et l&rsquo;inclusion num\u00e9rique, le logement, le handicap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SIGV a \u00e9t\u00e9 missionn\u00e9 officiellement par les villes fin 2022 pour coordonner le projet des actions inscrites dans la CTG une fois la convention valid\u00e9e et sign\u00e9e par l\u2019ensemble des partenaires. La CTG co-contruite avec la CAF \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e par l\u2019ensemble des partenaires en avril 2023. Le travail effectu\u00e9 en amont a permis de mettre en place un plan d\u2019actions sur les enjeux d\u00e9finit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux droits et aux services pour tous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la coordination des acteurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019adaptation et le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019offre aupr\u00e8s de publics sp\u00e9cifiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plan d\u2019action de la convention comprend 6 th\u00e9matiques&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux droits\/num\u00e9rique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pilotage de la convention et ces acteurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La petite enfance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfance\/jeunesse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parentalit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handicap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La r\u00e9forme des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales impuls\u00e9e en 2010 a induit un partage des comp\u00e9tences entre EPCI et Communes.
